Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Standard delivery is usually within 1โ€“7 working days. We also offer express delivery within Lagos and its environs for a fee that will be stated before you place your order.

You are entitled to free delivery when you order over โ‚ฆ20,000 worth of products. Free delivery applies to Lagos only; for other states, standard delivery costs will be stated before you place your order.

If you will not be available within the delivery period, please let us know so we can reschedule. Note that delays may occur during public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

We work hard to ensure you derive utmost satisfaction from our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item delivered, get in touch within 24 hours of receiving the product to process a refund or replacement. Please use the size guide on the product page to avoid mishaps.

Refund / Return Conditions

  1. Refund/replacement must be initiated no later than 72 hours from the delivery date.
  2. You need the original receipt as proof of purchase.
  3. The item(s) must be in new condition (unused and unwashed) with all tags intact.

How do I return?

  1. Get in touch with us at support@dabs.com.ng with the subject line "Refund or Replacement".
  2. State clearly the order number, the item(s) you want to return and your reason.
  3. Once confirmed, we will refund you or initiate a replacement of your choice.

Note

  1. Not all items can be refunded or replaced.
  2. Shipping charges for exchanges are the same as the delivery charge for that area.
  3. Please allow 3 working days for refunds to be processed.
  4. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Underwear.
  • Hosiery.
  • Perfumes.
  • Beauty products.
