These terms govern your use of the dabs website and the purchase of products through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of it. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we are unable to verify payment. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Naira and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing the order. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched, except where a pay-on-delivery option is offered.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in line with our Delivery & Returns policy. Certain items, including perfumes and beauty products, cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

6. Product Information

We take care to describe products accurately, but images are for illustration only and packaging may vary. All products are sourced as genuine branded goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the dabs name, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
